Discover All Rice Thai Hut

Walking into All Rice Thai Hut at 520 128th St SW, Everett, WA 98204, United States feels like discovering a neighborhood secret that locals quietly protect. The space is modest, more diner than destination, but that simplicity sets the stage for what really matters here: deeply comforting Thai food made with care. I first stopped by after a long workday, hoping for something warm and filling, and that single visit quickly turned into a regular habit based on flavor, consistency, and value.

The menu leans into the classics while still giving you room to explore. Thai curries, stir-fries, noodle dishes, and rice bowls dominate the board, and each item is prepared fresh once you order. Watching the kitchen work is part of the charm; ingredients are chopped, sauces are simmered, and nothing feels rushed. According to data shared by the USDA on fresh-cooked meals, restaurants that prepare dishes to order often retain more flavor integrity compared to pre-cooked alternatives, and that difference is easy to taste here.

One of my go-to orders is the green curry with chicken. The balance between coconut milk, herbs, and spice shows real control. Thai food experts from organizations like the Thai Trade Center often emphasize balance as the core of authentic Thai cuisine, and this dish delivers exactly that. Another standout is the pad thai, which avoids the overly sweet trap many places fall into. Instead, it lands squarely in that bold comfort food zone where texture and seasoning work together instead of competing.

Spice levels are customizable, and this is one area where experience matters. On my second visit, I asked for medium spice and got a gentle but noticeable heat that built slowly, not aggressively. Staff explained that they adjust chili levels based on feedback from regulars, which is a smart real-world approach to serving a diverse customer base. Reviews from frequent diners often mention this consistency, which builds trust over time and keeps expectations clear.

Portion sizes are generous, especially for a casual diner-style spot. It’s common to see people boxing up leftovers, and that value factor shows up repeatedly in customer reviews online. From a practical standpoint, this makes it a reliable option for lunch breaks or low-key dinners when you want quality without ceremony. The location is easy to access, with convenient parking, which matters more than people admit when choosing where to eat after a long day.

What stands out beyond the food is how the place fits into the Everett dining scene. While many restaurants chase trends, this one stays grounded. That steadiness reflects what food researchers often note about successful local eateries: consistency builds loyalty more effectively than constant reinvention. There are limits, of course. The dining area is small, and during peak hours you may wait a bit longer for takeout. Still, those trade-offs feel reasonable given the freshness and care put into each dish.

For anyone browsing menus, comparing locations, or reading reviews before choosing their next meal, this spot offers a clear answer. It’s casual, reliable, and focused on doing Thai comfort food right without unnecessary flair. The experience feels honest, the methods are transparent, and the flavors speak louder than décor ever could.

  • Overall, it was fine. The staff were nice and the prices were reasonable. The spring rolls and beef fried rice was mediocre, but the curry was flavorful. The Thai tea was very good. Very little seating, but our wait was minimal.

  • Hands down, the best crispy garlic chicken you’ll ever have. I’ve had many, but nothing gives off the taste and authenticity that All Rice does.. if you love ACTUAL spicy with genuine flavor this is the best go-to Thai spot without a doubt.

  • Saved! Found my pad woon sen. It wasn’t the best I had but still really good and will try dining in next time. Had the oil-egg and some soy aroma I was looking for with balance of chicken and vegetables. Also ordered red curry with chicken. The curry was good but chicken a bit dry and a bit on the sweeter side, but still enjoyed it as spice help. The kitchen and counter are pretty much as you entered the small dining area. Was greeted and everyone seems nice!

  • First time here and I enjoyed the food! The staff is friendly and quick. Food came out decently quick and was warm. Good sized portions and flavorful with good heat and fresh vegetables. Nothing was overly sauced and all the ratios seemed good. There's not a lot of seating inside but there was a table available when I visited. It did look like parking could be problem when it's busy in that area.

  • One of our “go to” Thai restaurants because of the “Crispy Garlic Chicken with Fried Basil” - a fantastic dish! Other items are also good but this dish is why we go here. The area itself isn’t so nice and I would be concerned at night- drug deals, people high on fentanyl, etc in the parking lot. I guess this is why they do a vibrant delivery and take out business.

  • I don’t normally write restaurant reviews, but I just had to for this gem of an eatery. The staff was fantastic and the food was top notch! We had the spring rolls, crispy garlic chicken, and the Panang curry. Everything was delicious!! I highly recommend this place.

  • Great tasting food decent portions. One of my go to Thai restaurants. Went back after a while and they are still one of the best Thai restaurants out there. 6/6/25 still the best Thai around.

  • Absolutely delicious food. I got the combo lunch special with red curry and it was amazing. I’ve found my new go to Thai place. Can’t beat the price either for the lunch special!
